Intelligent Innate Wisdom
From the moment of your conception until this very day, miracles have been occurring without your awareness; your breathing, digestion, heart pumping, regulating your body temperature, and on, and on, and on.
We take all of this for granted until, one day, something within us becomes dysregulated. A pain here and there, a flu we never fully recovered from, a belly ache, a headache, and on, and on, and on.
These symptoms mean something and should not necessarily be avoided or discouraged by taking a medicine. Symptoms are the language of the body, that something we are doing, or something we are not doing, has struck a dissonant cord in the symphony of your life.
There are many possible causes or insults which can lead to internal disharmony and the triggering of symptoms. Here are a few which we should avoid.
- Toxic chemicals in our food and water
- Various categories of pharmaceuticals
- Heavy metals in our food, cosmetics, water, and dental amalgams
- Mold in our home and workplace
- Parasites from pets, water, and food
- The abuse of antibiotics
- Refined and nutrient deficient foods
- Abuse of alcohol and drugs
All these strain this miraculous wisdom within which is always eager to maintain biological and biochemical harmony, referred to as homeostasis.
Then there are those ‘elements’ which support and promote our well-being.
- Sunshine
- Fresh air
- Nutrient dense organic foods
- Clean spring water
- Herbs and spices
- Optimal dental care
- Toxic free furnishings and building materials in our home
- Extra vitamins and minerals if deficient
- Physical movement
There are the mental and emotional aspects of life which can promote or degrade our well-being. All these are influenced by the choices we make. In fact, where you are now is the culmination of all the choices or decisions you’ve made during your lifetime.
The positive ones are the following.
- Harmony in the home and family
- Living in pleasing surroundings
- Friendships
- Hobbies
- Gaining knowledge
- Being inquisitive
- Gratitude
- Being satisfied with the essentials
- Inspiration and aspirations
Some of the harmful are the following.
- Negativity
- Lack of gratitude
- Not taking personal responsibility
- Being irresponsible
- Blaming others
Education, knowledge, and self-awareness are the ‘tools’ needed to navigate your self in the direction of being well.
The inclusion of what is ‘good’ for you and the avoidance of what is harmful is the path.
Believe in the miraculous, in your miraculous nature, your innate wisdom.
